Size Guide

Choosing the right hat size helps improve comfort, fit, and everyday wearability. This guide explains how to measure your head, compare your measurement with our size chart, and choose the best fit for styles such as baseball caps, berets, bucket hats, casual hats, cowboy hats, sun hats, and flat caps.

How to Measure Your Head

Use a soft measuring tape and wrap it around your head where the hat would naturally sit. The tape should go across the middle of your forehead and around the widest part of the back of your head.

Keep the tape level, comfortable, and not too tight. If your measurement falls between two sizes, we usually recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

Hat Size Chart

The chart below provides a general reference for adult hat sizing. Some styles may fit slightly differently depending on material, structure, lining, brim shape, or adjustable features.

Fit by Hat Style

Different hat styles may feel different even when the listed size is the same. Structured caps may feel firmer, while softer styles such as berets or bucket hats may feel more flexible.

If a product page includes specific sizing notes, please follow the product page information first. Product-level measurements are more specific than this general guide.

Baseball Caps

Many baseball caps include adjustable straps, snapbacks, or flexible closures. Check the product page to confirm whether the cap is adjustable or fixed-size.

Berets

Berets usually have a softer shape and may sit differently depending on styling preference. Choose a comfortable head circumference rather than a tight fit.

Bucket Hats

Bucket hats often have a relaxed fit. If you are between sizes, choosing the larger size may provide better comfort for casual wear.

Cowboy Hats

Cowboy hats should sit securely without pressing too tightly on the forehead. A slightly firm fit is normal, but it should not cause discomfort.

Sun Hats

Sun hats may include wider brims and lighter materials. Make sure the crown fits comfortably, especially if you plan to wear it outdoors for longer periods.

Casual Hats

Casual hats can vary by design. Always review the product description for material, adjustability, and sizing information before ordering.

Measuring Tips

  • Measure your head two or three times to confirm the result.
  • Do not pull the measuring tape too tightly.
  • Measure where you naturally want the hat to sit.
  • If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort.
  • For children’s hats, measure the child’s head before ordering instead of relying only on age.
